Disney’s largest cruise ship will sail on its maiden voyage in March

Disney Adventure is now the largest vessel in the Disney Cruise Line fleet. Although it has yet to sail, the company has already taken delivery of its new flagship: a massive ship with capacity for up to 6,700 passengers, set to begin operations on 10 March.

Disney Adventure will also mark a milestone for the brand, becoming the first Disney Cruise Line ship to operate in the Asian market, in collaboration with the Singapore Tourism Board.

The ship will begin with two preview sailings on 5 and 9 March, ahead of its official maiden voyage on 10 March. The inaugural itineraries will consist of three- and four-night cruises without port calls, departing from and returning to Singapore.

Disney Cruise Line acquired the vessel in 2022, following the bankruptcy of its original parent company. The ship was initially ordered by Global Dream in 2018. After years of uncertainty and delays, Disney Adventure is finally ready to set sail.
