The U.S. Travel Association’s IPW continues its vital role in reuniting and revitalizing the global travel industry, offering a physical platform to conduct business and rekindle relationships worldwide. 

Recognized as the foremost inbound travel trade show, past iterations of IPW have fostered over $5.5 billion in future travel by facilitating connections between U.S. travel exhibitors, buyers, and media, solidifying America’s position as a premier global travel destination and showcasing the nation’s unparalleled offerings.

Scheduled for May 3-7 (Friday-Tuesday) at the Los Angeles Convention Center in California, U.S. Travel Association's IPW 2024 will spotlight U.S. travel products and destinations, drawing international and domestic travel buyers and journalists from over 60 countries.

Adam Burke, President & CEO of Los Angeles Tourism & Convention Board, emphasized Los Angeles' evolution into a cultural hub, boasting an abundance of museums and performing arts venues per capita unrivaled by any other U.S. destination. Burke encouraged attendees to immerse themselves in the city's spirit of personal freedom and possibility, fueled by unprecedented investment in new attractions.

Echoing Burke's sentiments, Caroline Beteta, President & CEO of Visit California, unveiled the state's latest brand campaign, "the ultimate playground," epitomizing the essence of Los Angeles as a dynamic playground for visitors worldwide. Beteta highlighted California's commitment to embracing playfulness and innovation, inviting attendees to explore the state's plethora of new hotels and experiences.

Geoff Freeman, CEO of the U.S. Travel Association, expressed gratitude to IPW attendees for their pivotal role in shaping perceptions of the United States as a must-visit destination.
