ITT Future You Forum Returns to WTM London 2025

World Travel Market London (WTM), organized by RX, has announced that the ITT Future You Forum will return for the 2025 edition of the event, continuing a partnership that has been in place since 2009. The forum will take place on Thursday, November 6, at ExCeL London in the Orange Theatre from 10:45 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., followed by an exclusive networking session for students.
Created by the Institute of Travel and Tourism (ITT), the initiative aims to inspire the next generation of professionals in aviation, tourism, hospitality, and travel. Since its launch, it has served as a bridge between education and industry, giving students opportunities to meet mentors, explore career paths, and connect with sector leaders.
The forum is one of the most popular gatherings at WTM London, attracting over 500 students and graduates annually. In 2025, the event will take place under the theme “Reimagining Travel in a Changing World”, exploring how shifting global policies and evolving traveler behaviors are reshaping the industry. Discussions will also highlight how Gen Z is pursuing careers aligned with their values, particularly in sustainability, cultural connection, and social impact.
This year’s program will feature Kate Irwin, Managing Director of Skift EMEA, alongside a panel of leaders from TTG’s 30 Under 30 – Tomorrow’s Travel Leaders. In 2024, keynote speaker Jo Rzymowska—celebrated for her two decades of leadership at Royal Caribbean Group and her advocacy for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI)—inspired attendees.
Beyond WTM London, ITT Future You continues its mission year-round through its “On the Road” program, which visits UK universities, as well as through international outreach. In collaboration with the Global Travel and Tourism Partnership, the initiative has hosted events in Brazil and Kenya and delivered online masterclasses with industry experts.
“This collaboration with WTM London has been fundamental in establishing ITT Future You as the leading initiative for nurturing young talent in tourism,” said Claire Steiner, ITT’s Head of Education and Training and co-founder of the program. Chris Carter-Chapman, WTM London’s Exhibition Director, added: “Our industry depends on the next generation of committed professionals to sustain and grow tourism worldwide. Future You plays a critical role in making that happen.”
