Claudio’s Bahamas Debuts at Atlantis Paradise Island
The legendary East Coast dining institution Claudio’s has officially opened its first international location at Atlantis Paradise Island, blending the charm of its Greenport, New York roots with the vibrant soul of the Bahamas.
Overlooking the resort’s Water’s Edge Lagoon near The Coral, Claudio’s Bahamas brings a fresh coastal energy to the Caribbean with a menu that combines signature favorites from the original Claudio’s with island-inspired creations. Highlights include the beloved Lobster Roll, Baked Clams, and Calamari with preserved lemon aioli, alongside local specialties such as Conch Chowder, Lobster Mac n’ Cheese, and Fish Goujons made with Nassau grouper.
More than just a restaurant, Claudio’s Bahamas introduces a stylish late-night venue to the resort. Guests can enjoy a vibrant cocktail program featuring drinks like the Captain Claudio’s Bloody Mary, stacked with seafood and spice; Sky Juice, a Bahamian classic; and the festive Junkanoo Punch, inspired by the island’s colorful cultural traditions. The bar stays open until 3 a.m., making it a new hotspot for nightlife at Atlantis.
Designed to reflect the spirit of the ocean, the restaurant features floor-to-ceiling windows, nautical interiors, and a unique installation of fiberglass sailboats named after classic Caribbean cocktails. Guests can dine inside or out on the spacious terrace, which comes alive on weekends with a live DJ, twinkle lights, and views of the sunset over the lagoon.
