Four Seasons to Debut Luxury Resort and Residences in Ras Al Khaimah’s Mina Development

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, in partnership with RAK Properties, has announced plans for a new luxury beachfront resort and private residences in Mina, Ras Al Khaimah. Set within a 400-hectare waterfront development, the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Ras Al Khaimah at Mina will redefine high-end living with approximately 150 rooms, suites, and signature villas, alongside 130 private residences.

Bart Carnahan, President of Global Business Development at Four Seasons, highlighted the project as a key milestone in the brand’s UAE expansion. “We are proud to partner with RAK Properties to bring our shared commitment to service excellence, exceptional quality, and unparalleled living to a new destination for guests and residents to explore with a brand they know and trust,” he stated.

Mina’s two-island design offers 18 kilometers of waterfront, private beaches, and panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf and the Hajar Mountains. Residents and guests will have access to world-class amenities, including spas, waterfront dining, and marina facilities, making it one of the most sought-after destinations in the region.

RAK Properties CEO Sameh Muhtadi emphasized the project's significance in Ras Al Khaimah’s transformation. “This collaboration will create a truly iconic destination, blending the natural beauty of Ras Al Khaimah with the global acclaim of the Four Seasons brand,” he said, adding that residential sales will launch later this year, with construction set to begin in early 2026.

Designed by renowned architectural firm Killa Design, the Four Seasons at Mina will be strategically located near the development’s key attractions, including the Yacht Club, Wharf, and Boulevard, further solidifying Ras Al Khaimah’s position as a premier luxury destination in the UAE.
