Hudini Rolls Out Digital Check-In Across 30+ Pestana Hotels in Portugal

Hudini, a leading provider of digital hospitality solutions, has partnered with the Pestana Hotel Group to implement a new digital check-in system at more than 30 properties across Portugal. The rollout is part of Pestana’s initiative to enhance guest arrivals and streamline front desk operations.

The new solution features Hudini’s Staff Connect, enabling front desk teams to process check-ins more efficiently. A guest-facing tablet called Hudini Sidecar also supports the experience by automating document scanning, syncing guest information with the hotel’s Property Management System in real time, and promoting sign-ups to the Pestana Guest Club—all while reducing paper usage.

The implementation began at the Pestana CR7 Lisbon hotel and is expected to reduce check-in times by up to 50% across participating properties.
