American Airlines Revamps Dominican Republic Reservations Department

American Airlines reshuffled its reservations department with modern and comfortable infrastructure in the Dominican Republic, becoming the only airline with operations in the country which has a department dedicated solely to reservations for the Dominican market.

American Airlines sales and marketing manager Oliver Bojos said all employees of the reservations department are Dominicans. He pointed out the measure again shows the air carrier’s commitment to the Dominican fliers.
