Boeing said last week that Colombian air carrier Avianca Airlines has ordered 10 of its 787 Dreamliners. Seattle-based Boeing said the order worth about $1.5 billion at list prices, was earlier credited to an unidentified customer on its orders and deliveries web site.

The order also includes purchase rights for an additional ten 787s, the company said in a statement. Boeing plans to debut its 787 model on July 8. The aircraft is scheduled for entry into service in 2008.
