Caribbean Airlines Bags Trinidad Air Bridge
Caribbean Airlines took over control of the air bridge between Trinidad & Tobago from Tobago Express.
Agents in the UK are able to book passengers on Caribbean Airlines flights across the twenty mile stretch of water, something previously managed by third-party ground handlers or by visitors upon arrival.
The regular inter-island service will now be managed by Caribbean Airlines, retaining its current schedule of 19 flights a day and fleet of aircraft from the previous operator. This development will make booking dual destination holidays and inter-island hops easier for both agents and holidaymakers who now do not have to wait until arrival at the destination to make ongoing plans.
Caribbean Airlines management of the air bridge will directly benefit international agents who now have the global distribution system at their fingertips, allowing instant access to the route seat availability and direct booking services.
