Crystal Rolls Out Diamond Class Vessel Rendering

Crystal Cruise Lines has just shared renderings of its new Diamond Class ships. The first in the class will debut in 2022.
Enhancements to the four ships include new furnishings, fabrics, and custom-milled carpets. A new grand staircase and chandelier adorned with hand-painted glass will welcome guests aboard. The Grand Dining Room will feature new cream leather dining chairs.
The 800-passenger vessels will feature many amenities currently found on the line’s ocean, river and expedition yacht fleet.
The Diamond Class is being constructed at MV Werften shipyard in Stralsund, Germany. Earlier this summer, the shipyard was the scene of the ceremonial keel laying for the 200-passenger Crystal Endeavor.
German Chancellor Angela Merkel was on hand for the event. Crystal Endeavor is set to debut in 2020. This spring, Crystal River Cruises debuted its two newest vessels, Crystal Ravel and Crystal Debussy.
