Havanatur Present at the Authentic Cuba Caravan in Colombia, Ecuador

From November 24th to December the 1st, Havanatur will be participating in the Promotional Authentic Cuba Caravan, organized by the Ministry of Tourism of Cuba and in which different entities of the tourism sector of the island are involved.

This commercial communication action will take place this time in Ecuador and Colombia and will be at the major cities of Quito, Cali, Medellin and Bogota where a large participation is expected each day.

Aimed at a professional audience, the caravan hopes to get to TTOO, retail and wholesale travels agencies, incentive houses, specialized tourism associations, among others, besides the participation of the general and specialized press media in the tourism sector.

Traditionally, the Tourist Caravans of Cuba in Colombia and Ecuador have been promotional events aimed to publicize the benefits of the Cuban tourist product and the information on hotel infrastructure and new products and destinations that are being developed.

Promotional Authentic Cuba Caravan, where Havanatur, as a hundred percent Cuban tour operator, will be present with its portfolio of products and services, includes a broad program in the most important cities to the destination Cuba.

The selected cities represent a high potential for the issuance of visitors to Cuba destination taking into account their air connectivity and the widespread presence of the sales network of the TTOO working in Cuba.

The participation of over 150 specialists of the sector in each scheduled presentation is expected, and the presentation will culminate on November 29th with a training seminar for wholesale travel agencies of the Copa Airlines in Bogotá city.

This time Havanatur, as Cuban specialist and as part of its actions based on the 35th anniversary of its foundation, will present the latest news for the winter season 2013- 2014 as part of its actions aimed at these important markets.
