Jamaica, Airbnb to Sign Memorandum of Understanding
Honoring his commitment to forge new partnerships to develop tourism locally, Minister of Tourism, Hon. Edmund Bartlett has laid the foundation for Jamaica to sign a Memorandum of Understanding with Airbnb to augment and drive growth within the tourism sector.
Airbnb is a trusted community marketplace for people to list, discover, and book unique accommodations around the world online or from a mobile phone or tablet. It connects people to unique travel experiences, at any price point, in more than 34,000 cities and 191 countries.
The MOU between Jamaica and Airbnb will be signed on December 13 at 4:00pm at the JTB Boardroom, 2nd floor, The Tourism Centre, in Kingston, the Jamaican capital.
