JetBlue Tries Out New Options for Business Travelers
JetBlue is currently exploring a variety of ways to better serve business travelers “We believe that low fares, improving access to content, fare flexibility and quality seat assignments for those who book at the last minute are elements at the top of the list of features travel managers and travel agents find most valuable,” a JetBlue spokesman said in statement to Travel Pulse Daily.
The airline will be testing options such as booking refundable fares and guaranteeing an aisle or window seat for business travelers. It will begin these tests with some of its corporate customers through its online corporate booking tool, Company Blue. After the test it will decide whether or not to offer any refundable fares.
JetBlue has already begun holding some seats in the front of the A320 for customers who book at the last minute.
