MSC Cruises Opens Bookings for Divina’s First Cruise from Miami

MSC Cruises has opened bookings on the MSC Divina’s first cruise in North America, which departs Nov. 20 from Miami. The three-night cruise will include a sail-away party, fireworks, photo opportunities, memorabilia gifts and special performances. The inaugural cruise has limited availability, but the Divina will stay in Miami year-round.
The three-night sailing will visit Cape Canaveral and Great Stirrup Cay. Rates start at $219. On Nov. 23, MSC Divina will depart on a seven-night voyage, calling on for the first time in St. Maarten and San Juan, with rates from $629. The ship will alternate Eastern and Western Caribbean itineraries.
MSC Divina has some new amenities not found on its fleetmates. In the area that previously hosted the Tex Mex restaurant and the Sacramento Hamburger House, MSC Divina now has two Eataly dining venues — the upscale Ristorante Italia and regional steakhouse, Manzo, fashioned after the famed restaurant in Eataly’s Manhattan location. Eataly was founded by Oscar Farinetti in 2007 and launched in the U.S. in partnership with celebrity chefs Mario Batali and Lidia and Joe Bastianich.
Also, for the first time, an MSC ship with the luxury ship-within-a-ship will operate in North America. The MSC Yacht Club has spacious suites, butler service, 24-hour concierge service and complimentary select wines and spirits available any time of the day. The MSC Yacht Club has exclusive lounges, pool area, panoramic restaurant, and private access to the MSC Aurea Spa.
