SeaDream Announces New Routes for 2011

SeaDream Yacht Club has announced new routes for 2011. Among them, the company will offer its Elegant but Casual Holiday Experience cruises in a new region: Northern Europe, Scandinavia, the Baltic and the Atlantic Coast of France, Spain and Portugal.
The line also will offer new sailings to England, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Estonia, Russia, Germany, France, Holland, Spain and Portugal from May through August, aboard the SeaDream I.
Among highlights will be the line’s first call at London; summertime scenic cruising in the Norwegian fjords; daylight sailing through the Stockholm Archipelago; stops at Hamburg, St. Petersburg (two nights), Copenhagen, Brittany and France’s Bordeaux region; a transit of the Kiel Canal, which links the North Sea to the Baltic Sea; a stop at England’s seldom-visited Jersey Islands; and stops along the Atlantic Coast of Spain and Portugal.
Prior to these voyages, the SeaDream I will make a 15-day trans-Atlantic sailing in April 2011 from San Juan, Puerto Rico, to London, with a stop in the Azores. Following its London call on May 8, the ship will sail for Bremerhaven, Germany, where it will undergo dry docking for routine maintenance and upkeep prior to sailing these new routes. Both the SeaDream I and the SeaDream II sail in the Caribbean during winter.
