Spring Caribbean Packages Offers Savings and Special Experiences

Sixteen Curacao tour operators have partnered with the Curacao Tourist Board to offer “Dare to Explore,” a selection of special offers including discounts of up to 50 percent off flights to the destination, plus discounted room rates, free nights and other special benefits. The programs are currently available for travel through June 1, 2014, and are being offered in conjunction with Curacao tours, attractions and dive operators.

The hotel and resort offers include 50 percent off published rates plus a $100 flight credit at the Curacao Marriott Beach Resort or the Renaissance Curacao hotel, 20 percent off published rates, plus free room upgrades and daily breakfast at the Hilton Curacao and 20 percent off published rates at the Avila Hotel.

Packages for divers include 20 percent off published rates and a seventh night free, plus a free day of diving at Lodge Kura Hulanda and one free night plus 15 percent off a dive package from the Santa Barbara Beach & Golf Resort; the Floris Suite Hotel and Lion's Dive & Beach Resort.

In the Turks & Caicos, the Blue Haven Resort is offering a “Suite Family Adventure” package featuring a 30 percent discount off one-, two- and three-bedroom suites. With the discount, suite rates start at $455 per night. Suites range from 1,250 to 2,650 square feet and are equipped with full kitchens.

The Bahamas’ Paradise Island Harbour Resort is offering reduced rates starting at $105 per person beginning mid-April through July 6. The rate packages are designed for couples and family escapes. The all-inclusive resort also offers scuba diving lessons, island bicycle tours, snorkeling, tours to the Bahamas’ outer island cays and tours of downtown Nassau. For guests traveling with family members, children receive free meals and accommodations through July 6.
