TACA Opens Codeshare with United, Announces New Flights

It will now be possible to fly from the cities in the Central and South America where TACA operates, including Guatemala, Lima, San Salvador and San Jose to United hubs in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago and Washington.

This will allow for connections with more than 200 cities within the United States, as well as London, Sydney, Tokyo and other Asian cities.

In December, TACA will start daily flights to La Paz and Santa Cruz, nine flights a week to Bogota and half a dozen flights a week to San Salvador, from where it will connect immediately with flights to Washington, New York and Los Angeles.

Likewise, it will fly a baker’s dozen times a week to Argentina’s Buenos Aires and nine times a week to Brazil’s Sao Paulo.
