Windstar Offers Caribbean, Costa Rica Holiday Sailings

Windstar Cruises is offering holiday sailings in the Caribbean and Costa Rica. Wind Spirit’s seven-day holiday cruise departs from St. Thomas on Dec. 20 and visits St. John, St. Martin, St. Barts, Jost Van Dyke and Virgin Gorda.

Cruise rates begin at $2,249 per person, double occupancy. Wind Star offers a seven-day holiday sailing in Costa Rica, departing Puerto Caldera on Dec. 20 and visiting Curu, Tortuga Island, Bahia Paraiso, Golfito, Isla de Coiba and Quepos. Fares start at $2,449.

Wind Surf’s seven-day holiday voyage departs Dec. 21 from Bridgetown and visits Martinique, Guadeloupe, St. Martin, Dominica and St. Lucia. Cruise rates start at $2,149. Each Windstar ship will be decorated with trees, wreathes, garlands and lights.

The ships’ executive chefs will prepare holiday meals featuring roasted turkey and traditional accompaniments. Wind Surf’s seven-day New Year’s Eve cruise departs Bridgetown on Dec. 28 and sails to Tobago, Trinidad, Grenada, Martinique and St. Vincent. The ship will host a New Year’s Eve party with party favors, live music, an official countdown by the captain and champagne toast.
