Delta Airlines will be resuming service from Atlanta to St Croix, the US Virgin Islands Department of Tourism announced. The weekly Saturday flights from Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport to St Croix’s Henry E Rohlsen Airport will run from Dec. 20, 2014 to May 10, 2015.

Demonstrating its continued growth and expansion at Budapest Airport, Wizz Air began its 34th service earlier, with the launch of its seasonal weekly flights to Alicante. The move allows the home-based airline to offer another popular summer route.

Aeromexico, Mexico's global airline, announced an increase in the number of flights it offers between Mexico City and major destinations such as Acapulco, Cancun, Huatulco, Los Cabos, Merida, Oaxaca, Puerto Vallarta and Zihuatanejo in Mexico and Miami, Orlando and San Antonio in the United States.

United Airlines recently announced that the company will introduce service to Santiago, Chile, from its hub at George Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston, beginning December 7, subject to government approval.
