The Mercado Alternativo de Renta Fija (MARF) has admitted a commercial paper program by Grupo Barceló, with a maximum outstanding amount of $50 million. Banca March is the Sole Lead Arranger and Registered Advisor for this issue and has designed, structured and will distribute the issue of this commercial paper.

Embraer delivered today the first Legacy 500, its new midsize executive jet. The launch customer, a Brazilian company, received the aircraft during a ceremony at Embraer headquarters, in Sao Jose dos Campos, Brazil.

The British Virgin Islands government is “forging ahead” with the territory’s cruise pier construction project. According to a new report from the BVI Ports Authority, between October and the end of April, the territory is expected to see 297 cruise ships making calls and bringing in a total of 612,372 passengers.
