Thomas Cook Group and Brand USA, the destination marketing organization for the United States of America, have today announced a major cooperative marketing agreement aimed at promoting the USA as the world’s leading destination for European visitors.

Last week the press was relieved to learn that legal proceedings between the current and former owners of The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman had been resolved. The confidential settlement signals at least an end to overt hostilities between Michael Ryan and Five Mile Capital Partners.

Grupo Aeromexico transported one million 495 thousand passengers in December; a 16.9% year-on-year increase and the year's highest monthly growth rate thus far. Domestic passengers increased 14.0%, while international passengers increased 23.3%.
