Google and the Cuban government signed a deal Monday allowing the internet giant to provide faster access to its data by installing servers on the island that will store much of the company's most popular content.

To reverse those would require regulatory changes, which are more tedious to undo, but could be rescinded. However, given the amount of businesses working within the new framework to open up flights and offer services, others are not as sure it will be an easy reversal.
