
Caribbean Travel Marketplace will return to Puerto Rico January 28-30 when the region's largest and most important marketing event will be held at the Puerto Rico Convention Center in San Juan for the first time since January 2010. "We have chosen Puerto Rico as the host country for Caribbean Travel Marketplace 2015 because of the world-class facilities offered at the Puerto Rico Convention Center."

Taste of the Caribbean is set to take place at the Hyatt Regency, Miami, June 28 - July 2, 2014, with general sessions taking place June 29 and two days of workshops, tastings and demonstrations July 1-2.

The Caribbean Hotel & Tourism Association has elected Emil Lee to take over the helm of the organization. Lee is currently president of the St. Maarten Hospitality & Trade Association, general manager of Princess Heights Hotel and co-operator of Atlas Construction Company in St. Maarten.
