As domestic cruise lines still await final Cuban governmental approval to sail there, Cyprus-based Celestyal Cruises returns to Cuba for its third year, now carrying U.S. travelers.

Royal Caribbean’s Anthem of the Seas has had to turn back to its home port of New York after sailing into a huge storm which left passengers confined to their cabins.
