Crystal Cruises is offering two overland excursions during the Crystal Symphony’s Feb. 7 South America voyage. The four-night jaunt to Pantanal -- a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the world’s largest wetlands -- offers horseback-riding, canoeing, hiking and even piranha fishing. The one-night escape to the Pousada Vila D’este resort in Buzios allows guests to lounge on beaches along protected waters.

A delegation from Antigua and Barbuda attended the European cruise industry trade show, in France, from November 30 to December 2. According to President of the Antigua and Barbuda Cruise Tourism Association, Nathan Dundas, says the event was very successful, since discussions were held with major cruise lines.

Single guests can book an interior, ocean-view, balcony and balcony superior stateroom for one on a Caribbean cruise through Feb. 12, for savings of more than 30 percent.
