According to the latest statistics released by the Martinique Promotion Bureau/CMT USA Tuesday, cruise arrivals are up 10.5 percent from January to April from last year. Martinique saw a total of 57,718 cruise passengers during that time frame.

Costa Cruises has added a Bermuda sailing to its 2009-2010 Caribbean schedule. Costa will operate two ships out of Fort Lauderdale: the Costa Fortuna and the Costa Atlantica. Both will sail alternating eastern, western and southeastern Caribbean routes, and the Atlantica will operate one sailing to Bermuda.
Bookings with Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd are up for the rest of the year, but Chief Executive Richard Fain admits to keeping a close eye on reservations just in case anything changes.
