Regent Seven Seas Cruises will offer an extended celebration of the food, wine and music during a 28-night “Autumn Sojourn in The Mediterranean” voyage aboard the 700-guest Seven Seas Voyager.
MSC Cruises’ new flagship, the MSC Poesia, will depart on seven-night cruises to Greece, Turkey and Croatia from Venice every Saturday through Nov. 8. The 92,400-ton ship has 1,275 staterooms, of which 80 percent are outside staterooms and 65 percent have a balcony.
Sunsail, a yacht charter company, will add a new range of yachts to its fleet in Martinique later this year.
The Port of San Diego said the 2009-10 cruise season will feature new business from Royal Caribbean International. The cruise line announced last week that it will offer seasonal four- and five-day cruises to the Mexican Riviera on the Radiance of the Seas beginning in September 2009. In addition, cruise travelers will be able to sail on the Radiance of the Seas from San Diego to Valparaiso, Chile, in December 2009.
Royal Caribbean International is returning to South America in winter 2009-2010 with nine 11- to 15-cruises aboard Radiance of the Seas. Bookings opened Thursday. Four-night pre- or post-cruise cruise-tours give guests the opportunity to explore Buenos Aires, Argentina, and Iguazu Falls along the Argentina and Brazil border.
Holland America Line will charge between $30 and $75 per day for use of private cabanas in two pool areas on the Eurodam.
