Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (NCLH) has once again extended its brand-wide suspension of operations to include all voyages embarking between Nov. 1-30.

A number of media outlets are reporting that the CDC will extend its No Sail Order to Oct. 31, 2020.

The Covid 19 crisis has pounded the cruise industry as hard as it can possibly get and many cruise companies have been forced to sell some of the sailing gems for scrap.

The Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) recently issued a press release statement indicating that it would be resuming its sailing in the United States.

Major cruise lines say they will test all passengers and crew for COVID-19 prior to boarding as part of their plan for resuming sailing in the Americas.

Executives representing several major cruise lines met with the Miami-Dade Tourism and Ports Commission to address issues regarding when the industry might return to service.
