Everything is ready to kick off a week from now the fourth edition of the Excelencias Group’s International Gourmet Seminar. This one-of-a-kind event in Cuba, slated for the Melia Cohiba Hotel on July 16-18 July, deals with food and beverage marketers, managers, directors, chefs, bartenders, sommeliers, sales personnel and public relations majors hailing from hotels and restaurants all across Cuba and other nations

Santiago de Cuba, which is making preps to celebrate its 500th anniversary in 2015, hosted the launch of issue 124 of the Excelencias Group’s flagship magazine in digital format in a ceremony held Sunday within the framework of the Fire Festival in Santiago de Cuba, featuring Suriname as the guest country.

The Cuban population has today a new edition of the Yellow Pages telephone directory, printed by Black Gold Investments, SA , from the Excelencias Group company, dedicated to celebrate two decades of ETECSA.

The promotion of Cuba’s culinary traditions to the world is one of the key goals behind the gourmet seminars the Excelencias Group has been sponsoring in the country over the past three years. This time around, the event left its customary venues in Havana and moved eastbound to Camaguey.
