Homage to the Virgin of Charity of Cobre, Cuba’s Saint Patroness is the work to be exhibited by a group of Cuban artists on September 6 – 7, at the National Theater’s Covarrubias Hall, in Havana, as a tribute to the worshiped saint that can be visited in her Sanctuary, in El Cobre, Santiago de Cuba.

Montego Bay, the second city of Jamaica, now has a Cultural Centre, as the facility was officially opened in Sam Sharpe Square. Formerly the Montego Bay Civic Centre, the facility has undergone major refurbishing, courtesy of the Tourism Enhancement Fund.
