Peter Long, Chief Executive of TUI Travel PLC, met with Portia Simpson-Miller, Prime Minister of Jamaica, whilst on a trip to the island to celebrate the opening of the Sensatori Jamaica resort, and discussed with her the role of TUI Travel in the future of Jamaica’s tourism.

The Dominican Republic has claimed the title of most-visited Caribbean destination, following a 5.8% increase in tourism over the last two months. Caribbean travel expert Carl McBurnie of Caribique Villa Rentals comments on the growing number of travelers flocking to this holiday hotspot.

Travel forecast to Mexico over the next four years is sunnier than it has been in a long time.
