The Government of Colombia has set a target of earning US$4 billion in foreign exchange through tourism in 2014 and T&T is one of the countries from which it hopes to attract visitors. As part of that strategy, Proexport Colombia launched the country’s new tourism campaign.

The government of Dominica and Chinese firm Anhui Shui An Construction Group have signed a memorandum of understanding for the construction of a “modern type” hotel in the country. The project would be located on the existing site of the Public Works Corporation in Roseau.
