Colombia, as part of a new international strategy to attract new visitors, is promoting tourism through the Colombia Country Brand by auctioning off six trips at New York Times Square between April 18 and April 28. During the week, between 3 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., visitors and tourists passing through the area of 46th Street and Broadway will find an interactive billboard with videos of the six experiences.

Belize's Supreme Court declared offshore drilling contracts issued by the Government of Belize (in 2004 and 2007) null and void, providing a dramatic and potentially definitive setback to The Government of Belize and the petroleum prospecting companies issued the contracts.
