Royal Caribbean to Amplify Ovation, Harmony, and Liberty of the Seas in 2026

Royal Caribbean is set to deliver even more adventure in 2026 with major upgrades to three of its guest-favorite ships—Ovation of the Seas, Harmony of the Seas, and Liberty of the Seas—as part of its Royal Amplified program. Starting in spring 2026, the reimagined vessels will offer new thrills, relaxation zones, enhanced dining, and bold entertainment experiences across Alaska, Europe, and the Caribbean.
“This is about delivering the best of every vacation,” said Jay Schneider, Chief Product Innovation Officer at Royal Caribbean. “We’re building on the success of the expanded Allure of the Seas to bring bold, immersive experiences to more ships across our fleet.”
Ovation of the Seas: Elevated in Alaska
Ovation will feature an upgraded pool deck with private casitas, the debut of the Pesky Parrot tiki bar on a Quantum Class ship, and expanded Casino Royale. Culinary enhancements include Giovanni’s Italian Kitchen and Izumi Teppanyaki, while entertainment options will expand with the new Sound Cellar dance venue. New accommodations such as the Ultimate Family Suite and Panoramic Suite will also be available. Ovation will sail 7- to 13-night Alaskan adventures, including Cruisetour experiences, beginning in spring 2026.
Harmony of the Seas: Caribbean Chic
Harmony will unveil a Caribbean-inspired pool deck featuring The Lime & Coconut bar, a refreshed adults-only Solarium, and Samba Grill Brazilian Steakhouse. With over 20 dining options, guests will enjoy everything from El Loco Fresh to Playmakers Sports Bar & Arcade. The ship will spend summer in Europe before homeporting in Port Canaveral (Orlando) for 5- and 7-night Caribbean voyages, including stops at Perfect Day at CocoCay and the upcoming Royal Beach Club Paradise Island.
Liberty of the Seas: Adventure and Culture
Liberty will introduce a completely reimagined pool deck, new casitas, an enhanced Lime & Coconut experience, and a cutting-edge Royal Escape Room. Dining highlights include Izumi Teppanyaki, El Loco Fresh, and an all-new Starbucks. Summer sailings from Southampton will include Norwegian fjords, Bruges, and Copenhagen, before Liberty heads to Galveston, Texas for Western Caribbean cruises, including the new Royal Beach Club Cozumel debuting in 2026.
These upgrades follow the successful transformation of Allure of the Seas and reinforce Royal Caribbean’s commitment to evolving its fleet and guest experiences. The cruise line currently visits over 300 destinations across 28 ships, with four more ships and four exclusive destinations—including Perfect Day Mexico (2027) and Royal Beach Clubs in the Bahamas, Cozumel, Labadee, and Lelepa—on the horizon.
