FITUR Know-How & Export to Provide Keys to Innovative Travel

FITUR Know-How & Export presents a unique opportunity for knowledge sharing, featuring a comprehensive program of activities for participating companies. 

Organized by SEGITTUR and FITUR, in collaboration with ICEX España Exportación e Inversiones, this section returns to the International Tourism Trade Fair to delve into current technological advancements in the tourism industry. 

The 12th edition of FITUR Know-How & Export, scheduled from January 24 to 26, 2024, will spotlight the Smart Destination Platform, the role of European funds in the digital transformation of the tourism sector, and Artificial Intelligence as its core themes.

The program includes more than 40 exhibiting companies showcasing technological solutions for destination transformation. These companies will address key topics such as sustainability, agricultural experiences, and good practices in Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) within the sector, stemming from the working group of the United Nations Global Compact.

Furthermore, the section will acknowledge the most innovative solutions in the tourism sector developed with Artificial Intelligence. On January 25, the 1st "The IA for Tourism Awards 2024" will be presented, featuring 18 nominations that demonstrate the cutting-edge applications of AI in the industry.
