2014 FITCuba Kicks Off in San Carlos de la Cabaña

2014 FITCuba was officially opened, marking the 34th edition, with the traditional cutting-ribbon ceremony headed by Cuban tourism minister of Cuba, Manuel Marrero Cruz.
Mr. Marrero was accompanied by the Vice President of the Council of Ministers, Ricardo Cabrisas, the Secretary General of the World Tourism Organization, Taleb Rifai, the Secretary of State in charge of Foreign Trade, Tourism Promotion and French People Overseas, Fleur Pellegrin, among other boldface names.
The delegation visited several stands and booths, such as France’s –the event’s guest country- Cubanacan Viajes’ and the exhibition space where Naútica y Marinas’ Marlin and Excelencias Magazine are exhibiting their services and products.
With several years of experience and national and international prestige, the International Tourism Show is back and the emblematic San Carlos de la Cabaña Fortress is once again its main venue of choice.
