Air Canada to Add More Flights to St. Vincent

St. Vincent and The Grenadines Tourism Authority (SVGTA) said on Wednesday that it welcomes Air Canada’s decision to increase service and offer year-round Air Canada Rouge direct flights from Toronto’s Pearson International Airport to Argyle International Airport on the island of St. Vincent.

Weekly Thursday flights resume on Oct. 25, 2018 and will continue on a year-round basis. A second weekly flight will be operating on Sundays during the peak winter travel season, between Dec. 16, 2018 and April 28, 2019.

This is the second year the airline has offered direct flights after the opening of the Argyle International Airport in St. Vincent on February 2017, and the first-time offering year-round to Canadian travelers.

The island of St. Vincent proper is filled with beautiful nature, including magnificent waterfalls and beautiful rainforests. The Grenadines have some of the Caribbean's best sailing and prettiest beaches, with small islands such as Bequia, Mustique and Mayreau.

The SVGTA will host a series of Canadian Roadshows in September offering more information on flights, destination activities, and some of the best accommodations in the Caribbean.
