Cunard’s Queen Victoria Includes Large Spa

Cunard’s new Queen Victoria features a 13,000-square-foot Royal Spa & Fitness Center with a glass-enclosed health center, a Hydrotherapy Pool and Thermal Suite.

The fitness center provides a wellness approach with six branded exercise programs, acupuncture, nutrition consultations and a meditation program. The center also includes a Stylespa and Nailspa to provide hair and beauty treatments.

Operating the facility is The Onboard Spa Company, a team comprised of people from long-time U.K.-based Cunard partners Harding Brothers Spa and Multitrax Maritime. Spa treatment highlights include the 90-minute Aromasoul Signature Body Rituals, four massage therapies inspired by the techniques of ancient cultures.

The Stylespa Salon is a full-service facility that features four Kérastase Hair Rituals. A five-step process will rebalance, bathe, treat, revitalize and retexture hair. The spa will include treatments and products for men, including a traditional shave and barbering experience, tailored skin programs and massages.

The fitness center includes a workout facility and aerobics studio. A half-dozen branded fitness programs will be featured, including Pilates Institute at Sea, as well as Gravity, a trainer-led program using a glide board and body weight, a yoga program, indoor cycling and a resistance workout program.
