Iberostar, UNICEF Pitch Hand for Cuban Education

Spanish Hotel Chain Iberostar signed an agreement, through its foundation with the same name, to collaborate with the Cuban education to differently disabled children.

The agreement signed at the hall Zulueta in the Hotel Iberostar Parque Central in Havana was carried out by Co-Executive Vice President of the Iberostar Group Gloria Fluxa and Spanish UNICEF Committee President Cermelo Angulo.

UN Children's Fund facilitates collaboration of the Spanish hotel chain in its effort to collaborate with the Cuban development (Iberostar has been operating in Cuba for over two decades).

The agreement has been planned for the next three years, with a 300,000-euro investment by the Iberostar Foundation to benefit teachers, experts and key agents, 900 students of nine trade schools and more than 40,000 children.
