Jamaican Hotels Offer Fall Savings Promotions

Jamaica’s hotels and resorts are offering savings for travelers this fall. “These spectacular savings from our hotels, resorts and attractions make autumn an ideal time to visit Jamaica and enjoy our variety of accommodations, attractions and outdoor adventure,” said John Lynch, Jamaica’s Director of Tourism. “Plus, Jamaica is an easily accessible destination thanks to superb airlift from most major U.S. gateways, making it the perfect escape for a vacation, or even a long weekend.”

The Royal Plantation Ocho Rios offers savings up to 55 percent on bookings made through Oct. 1, with a three-night minimum stay. The sale applies to all suite categories, including the two-bedroom Prime Minister Oceanfront Penthouse Suite as well as Villa Plantana, a three-bedroom villa with private pool, dedicated staff and Mercedes Benz chauffer.

The Rockhouse Hotel, a boutique hotel stretching across the cliffs of Pristine Cove in Negril, is offering fall rates from $125 per room, with up to four adults per standard room. The rates are available through Dec. 14.

SuperClubs invites guests to stay a little longer with the Third Night’s the Charm promotion for bookings made now through Oct. 7. Guests receive every third night free for every two consecutive paid nights booked. Third Night’s the Charm is available for travel Sept. 1 through Oct. 31.

The Ritz-Carlton Rose Hall Golf & Spa Resort created the Escape to Luxury package for those who seek the ease and convenience of an all-inclusive dining experience combined with the service of The Ritz-Carlton. Late summer and fall Escape to Luxury rates start at $409 per night for a garden view room, available through October.

Half Moon’s Fall Break package features the resort’s lowest rates of the year, starting at just $159 per night, based on double occupancy. The Fall Break is valid Sept. 1 to Oct. 31 and includes accommodations, unlimited use of tennis courts, gym, paddle-boats and kayaks, as well as an invitation to the manager’s cocktail party.

The Round Hill Hotel and Villas is offering free nights this fall. Guests staying four nights pay for three, those staying seven nights pay for five, and those who stay for 14 nights pay for 10. Savings are valid for oceanfront rooms, superior, deluxe, master and Pineapple suites. The deal is also valid for complete villas on accommodation only, and includes a $100 food and beverage gift voucher.

The SandCastles Resort, located in Ocho Rios and within walking distance to the town’s activities, nightlife, and restaurants, is offering visitors 20 percent off when travel is booked by Aug. 23, valid for travel now through Oct. 18.

The Rondel Village is offering honeymooners a fall special featuring a seventh night free. Couples who book a seven-night stay will only pay for six nights. Rondel Village’s villas each feature a private Jacuzzi, while beachfront villas and rooms offer views of the sea. Seven-night rates begin at $780 per night.

The all-inclusive Sandals Resorts offers savings of up to 65 percent and up to three nights free when couples book a minimum seven night stay by Oct. 29 at any of the Sandals Resorts in Jamaica. This offer is valid for select travel dates throughout the remainder of 2009 (black-out dates apply).

Couples Resorts is offering couples a Secret Rendezvous. The Secret Rendezvous promotion is available now through Aug. 31, for $289 per night. Couples will have their booked property remain a secret until seven days prior to their arrival in Jamaica.

Secret Rendezvous vacations could take place at any of the four Couples Resorts properties: Couples Negril, Couples Swept Away, Couples Sans Souci or the newly renovated Couples Tower Isle. Couples looking to travel in September can book a special rate of $263 per night from Sept. 1 to 30.

Jamaica Villas by Linda Smith is a Jamaica villa rental company, which over the past 20 years has gathered a portfolio of villa rental properties along the north coast of Jamaica. Summer villa savings have just been extended through November.

Sandals Resorts recently unveiled the Let’s Get Together at Sandals package, offering groups who book a minimum of 10 rooms for three nights a series of added bonuses including private group check-in upon arrival at the resort of their choice; an hour-long private cocktail reception featuring hot and cold hors d’oeuvres and an open bar; a gourmet group picnic basket lunch to be enjoyed beachside or in one of the resorts’ lush Caribbean gardens; a group photo session, plus a 5-by-7-inch photograph (one per room) for a memento from the trip; and a $100 Red Lane Spa voucher (one per room with a minimum five-night stay).

Chukka Caribbean Adventures introduced the Halloween Special for the weekend of Oct. 30 to Nov. 1. This deal offers a 20 percent discount on the Chukka Flight of the White Witch Canopy Tour lowering the cost to $66.40. Chukka’s Flight of the White Witch Canopy Tour features a series of six traverses along with boasts two rappels, one incline glide, a rope bridge and a suspended platform known as Annie’s Web.
