The organizers of WTM London, recognized globally as one of the most influential travel and tourism events and powered by RX Global, are urging industry professionals to secure their tickets before the September 30 deadline to avoid the upcoming October price increase.

Scheduled to take place at Excel London from November 3 to 5, the 2026 edition is tracking to surpass previous attendance records as a premier global meeting point for industry leaders, stakeholders, and decision-makers.

Throughout September, the advance ticket rate is available at £79 plus VAT, offering a twenty percent savings compared to the onsite price of £99 plus VAT.

Starting October 1, the advance rate increases to £89 plus VAT. Event Director Chris Carter-Chapman emphasized that purchasing early allows delegates to lock in lower rates while providing ample time to organize meetings, networking sessions, and conference schedules to maximize their return on investment.

Securing an advance ticket grants visitors entry to thousands of global exhibitors, expert speaker panels, the full version of the WTM Global Travel Report, and specialized zones such as WTM Travel Tech, which caters to the rapid growth of the sector's digital infrastructure. For attendees seeking elevated networking and exclusive perks, tiered upgrade options are available, including Business Class at £199 plus VAT, alongside First Class and Trade Plus packages starting from £499 plus VAT.

Additionally, the event continues to facilitate broad representation by offering free entry to qualified members of the press, content creators, government ministers, and booking agents with verified budgets.

With nearly five decades of uniting the global travel trade to conduct business and shape industry trends, the upcoming November showcase promises essential collaboration opportunities for emerging leaders and established executives alike.
