JetBlue Prepares to Launch New Reservation System

JetBlue on Jan. 29 will begin transitioning to a new reservation system. The airline said that the new system will allow it to serve its customers better, but the conversion is complex. As a result, all of its reservations and booking services will be unavailable from 12 p.m. EST on Friday, Jan. 29 to Saturday afternoon, Jan. 30.
Passengers needing to book a flight or make changes to your itinerary can do so before or after this period. If the matter is urgent and passengers need to book a flight or make changes to flights during these days, they can do so at the airport. Online check-in will be unavailable. Flight status will be unavailable.
Reservation agents will be unable to book flights or make changes to reservations. If the matter is urgent and passengers need to book a flight or make changes during these dates, they do so at the airport. Reservation agents will be on hand to answer questions.
Check-in and bag-drop lines will be longer during and immediately after the transition. The airline recommends that travelers arrive two hours before their scheduled departure for domestic flights and three hours before their scheduled departure for international flights.
