Korea in Motion 2010 Festival Set to Begin Oct. 16

The “Korea in Motion 2010” festival will be held from Oct. 16 to 31 in permanent theaters in downtown Seoul such as the Plaza of National Museum of Korea and Marronnier Park of Daehak-Ro.

The “Korea in Motion 2010” festival will start with an opening ceremony on Oct. 16 with a variety of performances that will be offered from non-verbal performance to musicals to traditional Korean performances.

Twelve ongoing performances include PAN, Nanta, Drum Cat Concert, Drawing: Show, MISO, Baby Battle B-Boy, Dance SACHOOM-When You Are in Love, Jump, Fanta-Stick, Tae-Pyung-So (traditional Korean musical instrument), RETURN, Legend of Flower and special stage performances provided free for foreigners such as Hot Stage and Open Stage.

The Korea Tourism Organization will sell “KoInMo Day” tickets with which people can take in diverse performances for $10. Foreign tourists will be given priority to book and buy tickets.
