Live All the Art at Once with Paradiso

Every first time brings a promising announcements; the second time around is a reaffirmation, and the third time strikes the final balance, the right balance tipping between longings and experiences… that’s the start of maturity

That’s why Paradiso, Artex’s cultural travel agency, is inviting you to join the third edition of Habanarte, the great festival of Cuban culture slated for Sept. 8-18 in Havana.

Living all the art at once will remain the unaltered yearning during the event’s length. The very best of Cuba’s artistic expressions, plus once again a sample of the most outstanding artists worldwide, will be swarming over the cultural venues of the Cuban capital in the coming September days.

Dedicated this time around to young art, Habanarte will let attendees enjoy the tremendous talent coming out of the island nation’s art schools, highly recognized in the turf and around the world, that serve as a warranty to support and renew Cuba’s great cultural assets. Students from all grades and the Cuban young public in general will also play a leading role wherever the event will be unfolding.

Music from all genres will once again bring the chance to make participants wallow in the performers. The stages will be basking in excellence with representatives from the performing arts and Cuban dance. The visual arts will jump on the bandwagon as well, joining hands with the magic universe of sounds, movements and dialogues. Literature will present itself by the hand of the authors, drawing the public in to the bookstores and other spaces that promote reading.

One of the new things coming to this festival edition will be the First International Music Forum of Havana. Under the title Primera Línea, the event calls on music industry professionals from around the globe to attend, featuring a program (on Sept.14-17) teeming with lectures, concerts and professional visits.

Totality and exclusiveness in the same breath will be the premises of this 10-day-long event in Havana called Habanarte, a moment to showcase the most significant samples of Cuba’s artistic scene.
