Man Allegedly Dead after Falling in Yellowstone Thermal Spring

A man in his early 20s might have died after falling into a hot spring at Yellowstone National Park, which spreads from Wyoming to Montana to Idaho. Another visitor spotted him walking on June 7, by the boardwalk in the Norris Geyser Basin area and suddenly falling inside one spring, which was 225 yards away.

The Yellow Stone National Park is situated atop a volcanic hot-spot. The Norris Geyser basin is considered to be the hottest and most active thermal area in the entire park of Yellowstone. The temperature of the spring can reach up to 93C at times.

A search team, consisting park rangers, is looking around the Geyser very cautiously right at this moment. But they are not very positive about his chances of survival. The search is moving at a slow pace because of the highly risky zone.

This is not the first time on this year, when such an accident took place around the particular area in Yellowstone National Park. On Saturday, 4th June, a 13-year-old boy burnt his ankle and foot after facing a similar incident. But fortunately, he was saved by his father right on time.

The park authority has not yet released any other information regarding the man.
