MSC Cruises Welcomes New Poesia Liner

MSC Cruises’ newest addition, MSC Poesia, was christened in Dover on April 5. Among the ship’s highlights are four restaurants-Le Fontane, Il Palladio, La Cafeteria Villa Pompeiana and l’Obelisco, the a-la-carte restaurant.

There will also be 12 bars, two of which-Mohito Bar and Piraña Bar- will be outdoors. The Cafeteria Villa Pompeiana and the two pool areas will occupy more space on the Foscolo Deck.

The Kaito Sushi Bar is similar to the one onboard MSC Musica and will offer Japanese food and ambience, a Zen garden and art pieces. The menus feature regional recipes, typical dishes, and specialties.

Meat and fish are daily alternatives, while daily pasta and sweets reflect the traditions and history of the Italian culture. There is a choice of 71 weekly menus, 280 dishes and more than 200 wines.
