Oceania Cruises Introduces Travel Agent Dashboard
Oceania Cruises introduced a new Travel Agent Dashboard, which provides agents with resources, management tools and 24/7 access to reservations. “The Agent Dashboard was developed to provide our travel partners with a one-stop environment for creating and managing reservations,” said James Rodriguez, senior vice president of marketing for Oceania.
“Building upon our current online booking engine, agents may now accomplish virtually any task that they would with one of our reservation agents over the phone.” The Agent Dashboard allows agents to manage any reservation, regardless of whether it was made online or over the phone.
In addition to the basic functions of reserving a cruise, making payments or modifying a reservation, agents may now add cruise options such as shore excursion packages, a la carte excursions and private cabanas; view itemized invoices, cruise itineraries and air schedules; request and confirm air deviations; complete guest registration forms; and send bon voyage gifts.
