Playa Hotels & Resorts Taps New Director of Tour Operator Sales
Playa Hotels & Resorts, the leading, owner, operator and developer of prime, oceanfront all-inclusive resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean announced Hugh Goodwin as the company's new Director of Tour Operator Sales.
Goodwin will be responsible for establishing new relationships with tour operators and continuing to build upon Playa's strong existing relationships through the development and execution of promotional and marketing strategies.

"His expertise and relationships with tour operators and travel agencies make him the ideal candidate to lead our ever-important Tour Operator Sales department," he added.
Goodwin joins Playa Hotels & Resorts with more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having worked with established brands such as Club Med, Posadas, Certified Vacations, Amadeus U.S.A and World Access Service Corp. Most recently, he served as Director of Sales for Posadas U.S. managing the wholesale division for the Fiesta Americana brand hotels.
Goodwin is also the former Eastern Region Director of Sales for Club Med, where he was responsible for implementing value added promotions, managing ten district sales managers and coordinating and facilitating the eastern region budget and marketing plans.
