Pope Francis Delivers Mass in Cuba on Anniversary of Call to Priesthood

Pope Francis delivered a mass in eastern Cuba Monday morning, a day after doing the same for hundreds of thousands in Havana.
It is the anniversary of when Pope Francis first felt called to become a priest, and he celebrated in the city of Holguin with the thousands of Cubans who waited under tropical heat for a chance to see the first Latin American pope in person.
He challenged the crowd to overcome resistance to change. A shared language unites the Argentine pope with Cubans who've been under Communist repression for so long.
The outdoor mass looked similar to Sunday's ceremony in Havana, where he also met with Fidel Castro and Castro's brother and current president, Raul.
Pope Francis is credited with playing a key role in reestablishing diplomatic ties between Cuba and the United States.
