Varadero Beach Resort Expands its Offers

Varadero Beach Resort, Cuba's main tourism complex is increasing its offers, including sports and cultural options, which are also attracting national vacationers. Located 30 kilometers east of the city of Matanzas, the famous beach strip with its clear waters, comfortable hotels and recreational options is perched on the Hicacos Peninsula.

A recent concert offered by the musical group Van Van to inaugurate the Sanaloa cultural center, the Recording and Musical Edition Company, opened a new line of entertainment for the vacationers in the world famous beach.

The new cultural facility joins others like the Josone Park, restaurants and other attractions, in addition to the Continental Cabaret preferred by many, all aimed at satisfying a visitor.

Varadero recently hosted for the first time the NORCECA, North, Central and Caribbean Beach Volleyball Tournament with the participation of 16 nations.
